Barre delivers a full body workout that combines ballet-inspired moves with pilates, dance, yoga and strength training for a hybrid workout class.

This class features a Ballet Barre in our studio and combines classic moves and static stretches. Barre is great to hold your body still while you contract specific muscles, until you feel the burn and improve your strength and range of movement.

Barre like Yoga and Pilates is low impact, It’s great at building core stability muscle groups and a good cross-training option to pair with other exercise like running or weight lifting as the exercises are support to the stress other exercise place on the body.
