Yoga beats utilises the traditional 26x2 sequence but in a more practical time frame of 60 minutes. It incorporates binaural beats to deepen the therapeutic meditation. It is open to everyone, no matter your fitness level. It can be a first step to try Yoga before the more traditional full 90 minute practice
