HEATED MAT

Our new Mat Pilates class is a one-hour session that brings the best of traditional Pilates with a low-intensity, high-burn approach. Performed on a mat using bodyweight and gravity for resistance, this class focuses on strengthening and lengthening the body, particularly targeting the core, arms, and legs. With a calm yet challenging flow, you'll feel the burn as you build a strong foundation and improve your alignment, leaving you feeling toned and energized. It’s the perfect balance—less intense than our Hot HIIT but still offering powerful results!
