Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class using Pilate’s principles. This 1-hour class will work you hard without placing any stress on your joints.

Power through each movement Top Hits music matched by new LED lights to get you through each set is designed for all fitness levels. Our upbeat and experienced instructors will train you in a sweat-enhancing 34 degrees and focus on lower and upper body movements, targeting your legs, arms and abs. Burn up to 500 calories in one session! For quick results try 3 or more classes every week.
